Bigg Boss Telugu Season 6: winner, top 5, contestants and every elimination
LV Revanth won Bigg Boss Telugu 6, and won it in the strangest way the show has managed: Shrihan took a ₹40 lakh briefcase on finale night and stepped out of the race, then Nagarjuna Akkineni told the audience he had polled the most votes. Twenty-one contestants went in on 4 September 2022, 16 were voted out over 105 days on Star Maa, and five were left on 18 December 2022. Bigg Boss 10 Telugu voting has the current poll and results.

How Bigg Boss Telugu 6 voting, nominations and evictions worked
A weekly cycle that ran for fifteen weeks: housemates nominated each other, the house picked a captain, the public voted, and somebody left at the weekend. Season 6 broke that pattern three times, and each break is on the chart above.
Nominations
Housemates nominated each other for eviction at the start of each week, and the host could override the result when he judged the house had gone soft. That is what happened in week two: Nagarjuna set the existing nominations aside, put nine housemates up himself and told them the reason was that they had been lethargic. The house also voted on who could and could not contest for captaincy, and Chalaki Chanti was barred that way early — after which he stopped playing the tasks and nominated himself. LV Revanth finished with 44 nominations, over 11 weeks on the list. All 15 weeks are in the Season 6 nominations grid, round by round.
House Captain and immunity
One housemate held the captaincy each week, won through a task, and it carried immunity from that week's eviction. The contests were close enough to decide a season: RJ Surya went to the end of the week-eight captaincy task against Shrihan, lost it, and was evicted that same weekend, while Shrihan went on to the finale. Faima Sheikh also led the house as captain during her thirteen weeks inside.
The public vote
Nominees went to a public vote, which ran through the Disney+ Hotstar app — the service now called JioHotstar — with missed-call numbers reported as a second route. The housemate with the fewest votes left at the weekend episode. No vote totals were published at any point in the season, which is why the finale's own claim about who led is the only figure anyone has. Evictions, double evictions and the briefcase
Week one had no eviction at all. Two weekends were split double evictions — Shani Salmon on the Saturday and Abhinaya Shree on the Sunday in week two, then Bala Aditya and Vasanthi Krishnan the same way in week ten — and week eight ran its eviction on the Saturday and held none on the Sunday, which is why RJ Surya's run ends on day 55 and nobody leaves on day 56. Sri Satya went in the season's one mid-week eviction, on day 103. And the last exit of all was not an eviction: Shrihan accepted the briefcase.

What defined Bigg Boss Telugu 6
The briefcase: the finale where the vote and the title came apart
Late in the finale Nagarjuna offered Shrihan a briefcase to step out of the contest — reported as opening at ₹25 lakh and climbing to ₹40 lakh — and he took it. That made LV Revanth the winner, and it took ₹40 lakh out of the prize pool before the title was announced, which is why the champion of this season left with ₹10 lakh in cash and the man he beat left with four times as much. Nagarjuna then told the audience that Shrihan had polled more votes. No counts were published, then or since. The winners list has what every other champion took home.
The first Telugu season commoners could audition for
Nagarjuna announced in May 2022 that ordinary viewers could apply for Season 6, and auditions ran through Star Maa's own website. It worked out better than the idea usually does: Adi Reddy went in as a commoner — a YouTuber whose channel had been reviewing this show for years — and finished fourth, ahead of every actor in the house except two. The season did not publish a celebrity-versus-commoner split, so no count of either is given here.
A married couple in the house, playing separately
Marina Abraham and Rohit Sahni went in as the season's celebrity couple and played as one unit for the opening weeks before splitting to play as individuals. It ended lopsided: she was evicted on day 77 and he reached finale night 28 days later, finishing fifth. No other Telugu season has started with a married pair inside.
Were Bigg Boss Telugu 6 vote counts published?
No. Not for a single eviction, and not for the finale — the one figure the show gave out was Nagarjuna's statement that the runner-up had led the vote, with no number attached. That finale, and ratings that ran below the seasons on either side of it, are why this is the usual answer to which Bigg Boss season is worst in Telugu. Bigg Boss Telugu 6 voting and the Season 10 vote
Season 6's vote ran through the Disney+ Hotstar app, which is now JioHotstar, and the same app has carried every season since.
